The cardiovascular are relates to the circulatory system that comprises the heart, blood vessels carries nutrients, and oxygen to the tissues of the body, removes carbon dioxide and the other wastes from them. The cardiovascular health relates to the health of the heart and blood vessels. I think my heart would work out about 20 minutes. It keeping my heart acted really health.
The cardiovascular activities might be health to exercise to do some activities work out your heart. There are three cardiovascular activities to do just like running, Aerobic Dance, and swimming. I think I would exercise running, hike, playing tennis and baseball. I think it not according about activity from exercise just how you are lazy and eat some junk food and it's not good for your heart.
The reason I have a healthier life to live, that because how I'm exercise, eat some healthy fruits or vegetables and drinks much water too.
